Though his olfactory sense is no longer heightened, smell remains an important indicator of identity for Matt. For my reference, I ask that anyone threading with him please give me some idea of what their character smells like, though obviously he won't notice any particularly subtle scents unless he's standing quite close.

Smells like: Sweat, sea salt, beeswax and coconut, the beach in general, and a hint of Danny Williams.
Character name: Wichita.
Smells like: Soap and shampoo, hair-cutting supplies (Barbicide, that kind of thing) since she'll be offering her services in that department soon.
Character name: Annie Walker.
Smells like: Jo Malone grapefruit perfume, sunscreen, salt water from the large waterfall, a faint hint of cat.
Character name: Ellen Parsons.
Smells like: Flowers (something along the lines of lavender or freesia), fresh laundry, occasionally vodka if she's had a drink that evening.
