Powers. A little different than power - there's plenty of that in Manhattan, plenty of people who both have it and know how to wield it. Sometimes the two aren't exactly one and the same. But abilities - there's nothing like that for her at home - or if there is, she hasn't been aware of it. A part of her thinks that's a bit of a stretch, and she looks up at Matt, making a negatory sound even as she shakes her head.

"No, nothing like that," she replies, wondering what it all has to do with the expression on his face as she curls in against his side. "Why?"
