Her response is a mixture of surprise and disbelief, too blended together to tell where one stops and the other begins. While she's familiar with special abilities as they pertain to worlds in movies, books or some other form of media, it's another thing entirely to have someone in front of her telling her that those realities really exist somewhere. She wonders if he's choosing to tell her for a reason, if there was something keeping him from sharing it before that isn't an issue now.
